An aqueous ophthalmic pharmaceutical composition for reducing intraocular pressure includes tafluprost, disodium edetate, pH regulators, hexite, macrogol, boric acid, trometamol. The components are used in the stated quantities.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides an ophthalmic composition that is stable in contact with all types of resinous (polymer) surfaces, and also makes it possible to increase the quality of liquid dosage forms by eliminating the problems of adsorption of tafluprost on the walls of the primary packaging during storage.
