FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: in a small intestine cavity intraoperative place a silicon probe, with the magnets built in its distal extremity. On the following after operation day spend intestine stimulation, influencing on a probe moving of the magnet established over an anterior abdominal wall. Procedure is repeated 3 times a day within 20 minutes in 5 hours within 3-5 days.
EFFECT: effective restoration of motility of small intestine and elimination of the basic mechanism of intestinal insufficiency at serious patients.
