METHOD OF DEMETALLISATION WITH RECYCLING OF HYDROCARBON OIL Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC C10G17/04 C10G32/02

Abstract RU 2340652 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method of demetallisation of hydrocarbon oil includes the stages: mixing the composition for demetallising the hydrocarbon oil or its aqueous solution with the hydrocarbon oil, the correlation of mixing the demetallising composition for the hydrocarbon oil to the hydrocarbon oil is 0.002-5 wt % in calculation with the hydrocarbon oil, or the correlation of mixing the aqueous solution of the demetallising composition to the hydrocarbon oil is 0.002-99.5 wt % in calculation with the hydrocarbon oil, and the mixture obtained is subjected to a process of electrical salt elimination to obtain demetallised hydrocarbon oil and an aqueous solution, which contains the salted out salt of metals; mixing the aqueous solution, containing the salt of metals with a precipitating agent with the subsequent conduction of a displacement reaction with the mole ratio of mixing the precipitating agent to the aqueous solution containing the salts of metals from 1:10 to 10:1, separating of the metallic salts, obtained as a result of the displacement reaction, which are poorly soluble or insoluble in water, in the separator for dividing the mixture of solid substances-liquid and getting the water solution that was extracted, containing demetallised composition for hydrocarbon oil; which is later mixed with the hydrocarbon oil for the next cycle, the water solution demetallising composition for hydrocarbon oil or removing the water solution, containing the demetallising composition for the hydrocarbon oil contains 0.3-99.5 wt % demetallising agent, 0-80 wt % de-emulsifier, 0-80 wt % demetallising additives with the rest being water.

EFFECT: reducing the level of contamination of the environment and a higher level of demetallisation.
