FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: facility for leaching of beneficial components from hard material by corrosive solvent tower, top part of which is outfitted by recasting altar, enveloped by chamber with branch for feeding of hard material into tower; and by branch of solvent discharge, received during leaching, pulsating chamber with branch of solvent feeding. Bottom of pulsating chamber is joined by means of tube to bottom part of tower, and top is connected to pulsation source. Pulsating chamber is implemented with expanded section located higher than recasting altar, and branch of solvent feeding is installed in bottom part of pulsating chamber. Tube, which communicates pulsating chamber to tower is located angularly 30-60° relative to horizontal. Tower can be outfitted by cross perforated tray. Branch of solvent feeding and communicating pulsating chamber to tower tube are located coaxial.
EFFECT: decreasing of energy consumption and productivity improvement.
