FIELD: rail vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, to railway track superstructure. Resilient boltless rail fastener comprises pad flanges and embedded parts with T-shaped ledge mounted on under-rail base. Vertical force from terminal on rail foot and on under-rail base is transferred by pressing it to base through resilient gasket. Terminal is made of plate spring steel, has σ-shape, the bottom curved part of which has in its middle a groove, which it enters between the T-shaped ledge and the lining with fixation of its position by thrust from below into a T-shaped projection with a bend at its end. Upper bent part, deflecting T-shaped ledge and flange of pad, rests on rail foot. By its length the terminal has variable width in the form of beam of equal resistance from a support point to a lining with narrowing to a support point of it on a rail foot.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of using rail clamping structure.
