FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, to railway track superstructure. Resilient bezel-free rail fastener comprises pad with flanges and embedded parts with T-shaped ledge, terminals mounted on under-rail base. Vertical force from terminal on rail foot and on under-rail base is transmitted by pressing it to base through resilient gasket. Terminal is made of plate spring steel and has Z-shape. Lower bent part of the terminal has in its middle a groove, which it enters between the T-shaped ledge and the lining. Upper bent part, deflecting T-shaped ledge and flange of pad, rests on rail foot. Lining at the ends has another flange, into which the end of the terminal rests. By its length the terminal has variable width in the form of "beam of equal resistance" from the support point into the extreme flange of the pad with narrowing to its support point on the rail foot.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of rail fastening due to more uniform distribution along edge of terminal voltages as "beam of equal resistance", during operation of rail fastening force of pressing rail to base without relaxation.
