SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the railway transport. Boltless rail fastener contains a frame embedded in the sleeper, a spring bar terminal, a rail strip, a damping corner. Bar spring terminal contains three loops, two of which are molded in the area of the end sections of the bar spring terminal and are directed in one direction, and the third loop is placed on the upper inclined surface of the damping angle. Frame, possessing high rigidity, perceives lateral impacts of the wheels on itself and extinguishes them within itself, and also optimally distributes the force on its upper part. In the upper part of the frame there is a protrusion, while in it there are two parallel inclined grooves oriented perpendicular to the rail, in which the end sections of the bar spring terminal are located, the end of the terminal sections of the terminals are installed in blind oblique holes made in the protrusion of the upper part of the frame.

EFFECT: reliability in operation increases, installation/disassembly of rail fasteners is simplified.
