FIELD: construction industry; bridges.
SUBSTANCE: bridge construction method consists in erecting the supports foundations and bodies, installing support parts, and erecting superstructures which contain main girders and roadway, and roadway bed construction. Bridge construction process is divided into two steps. At the first step there shall be erected foundation, supports bodies' parts consisting of separate columns meant for each support part on abutment and every two support parts in bridge longitudinal direction for intermediate support. Support parts are mounted, superstructures without roadway in the support area are manufactured, structures are installed on support foundation by attaching each main girder to appropriate separate support column, system for lifting and lateral movement of each superstructure is mounted on support parts, and each superstructure is lifted and installed on support parts. At the second step the rest supports bodies' parts are manufactured, with filling in the space between columns with concrete, or joined together with transverse beam; system for lifting and lateral movement of each superstructure to support parts is dismantled, and roadway of each superstructure in support area is produced and roadway bed is built.
EFFECT: reduction of bridge construction costs.
