FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: in method of bridge span assembly, including assembly of bridge span mount unit, comprising traffic area boards, main trusses and cross inks, arrangement of bridge span mount unit in initial lower position so that at least one of stands of bridge permanent support is arranged between main trusses of mount unit, lifting of mount unit to a design elevation by means of a weight-lifting device, transverse motion of bridge span mount unit till longitudinal axis of mount unit matches longitudinal axis of bridge, installation of bridge span mount unit onto permanent supports, in process of bridge span mount unit assembly end sections of main trusses are left as unoccupied with traffic area boards and cross links by length that provides for arrangement of permanent supports stands in available free space between main trusses, and as mount unit is installed in initial lower position, parallel position of mount unit axis and longitudinal bridge axis is provided with a permissible deviation from such position by value of up to 3°, as well as arrangement of axes passing through support platforms of the main trusses of bridge span mount unit and support platforms of permanent supports, in a single vertical plane, besides missing units of traffic area and cross links are mounted on completion of bridge span mount unit installation onto permanent supports into design position. Application of stated technical solution makes it possible to obtain considerable economic effect and to reduce time of construction. At the same time proposed technology provides for safe performance of mounting works.

EFFECT: application of original technology of bridge span assembly using design features of bridge spans and making it possible to execute lifting of bridge span without reinforcement of permanent supports for perception of addition bending moment from mounting loads.
