FIELD: heating, drying.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying technique and, particularly, to devices for heat and mass exchange processes, mainly, drying in suspended state and may be used in chemical, food and other related industries. The chamber for heat and mass exchange between disperse particles and gas medium includes a housing with lid, vessel with porous walls installed concentrically to the housing, injectors located inside the vessel and exhauster for exhaust coolant bleeding. The exhauster is represented with rotary hollow and porous cylinder provided with drive. Lattices are fastened inside the vessel. Inert support layer is put between lattices. To increase inert support effectiveness, at least two rods are fastened to the rotary hollow and porous cylinder. The rods axes are parallel to cylinder axis and at equal distance from it. Additional rods are attached to each above rod at 45...90° angle. They intensify heat and mass exchange between coolant and disperse particles. The injector is made acoustic in the shape of housing with ultrasonic vibration generator represented with nozzle and annual resonant chamber. The housing is realised as vertical cylindrical bushing having pipe for dispersed agent supply installed in the upper part. The pipe for liquid supply is located perpendicular to the above pipe. In addition, the bushing with top and bottom flanges is rigidly fastened inside the housing and in axial alignment to it. The bottom flange is rigidly fixed in the groove made in the housing. Annular resonant chamber represented with the cup with coned surface is installed coaxially inside the bushing. The cup is molded on resonator rod having d diameter. The tailpiece of resonant chamber includes locking discs represented with elastic lobes interacting with the internal surface of bushing. At least, one nozzle is positioned in bottom flange at an angle to resonant chamber axis. The value of angle varies from 20° to 40°. The nozzle axis is continued on the circle being in the middle part of cone-shaped surface. Coaxial cone-shaped and cylindrical openings are made on the internal surface of bushing.

EFFECT: improvement of drying effectiveness.
