FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to remote control methods. In conformity with claimed method oil tank wagons of rail transport move in sight of infra-red imager, their thermal image is obtained, identified by comparing oil tank wagon contour image with its scaled image from database; oil level on tank wagon thermal image is compared with the one required and decision on presence of commercial flaw is taken.
EFFECT: efficiency enhancement at the expense of detection of commercial flaw in oil tank wagons of rail transport in the process of movement.
