FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to road transport control. First flat-top self-propelled platforms are constructed, two of them with ramps. Platforms are delivered to the place of road accident and build a bridge of platforms over centre of congestion with length DC bridge length being equal to three-four k•DC, where k=1.618. Width of platform passage is accepted to comprise half of the width of main road and height of platforms is adjustable and comprises no less than k•HV, where HV is the height of the highest vehicle. Platform wheels are supplied with pneumatic pushers securing alignment of cars for free passage of platform wheels when platform move along edges of main road. At the width of platform carriageway a dual carriageway is arranged with rows divided by elastic partition.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce time for congestion elimination.
