FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: axial engine-pump is intended for pumping of liquids. Engine-pump contains casing, electric motor stator installed in it and impeller of engine-pump. Impeller of engine-pump is rotor of electric motor. Magnetic core of rotor is arranged as laminated from electric steel with short-circuited aluminium winding and is pressed into engine-pump impeller made of light aluminium alloy. Electric motor stator is an axial magnetic core with grooves, in which three-phase winding is installed. Calibrated opening is provided in the center of engine-pump, and outlet channel of engine-pump is arranged with bypass pipe that is connected to calibrated opening in the stator center. In order to reduce the clearance between stator and rotor of engine-pump, ring that limits the clearance is installed between them. Section of ring is provided as T-shaped, at that height of ring is selected based on automatically preset clearance between magnetic cores of stator and rotor. Clearance between stator and rotor of engine-pump is reduced, since it is possible to limit it only with height of T-shaped section ring. Improvement of weight and dimensional parameters of pump set, reduction of its cost, simplification of design and increase of pump set reliability as a whole is achieved by engine-pump arrangement without bearings and shaft (axis).
EFFECT: due to reduction of air gap between stator and rotor energy losses are reduced for scattering of magnetic flux, and accordingly, efficiency factor is increased.
