FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: pump-motor includes housing with mounted motor stator (S) and impeller (I) which is also a rotor (R). Magnetic core of rotor is made laminated from electric steel with short-circuited aluminum winding and molded into impeller made of light aluminum alloy. The stator is represented with axial magnetic core with grooves where three-phase winding is laid. To reduce clearance between stator and rotor along stator perimeter, annular grooves with semi-circle cross section are provided. Dielectric rolling elements are put inside the above grooves. Annular grooves with semi-circle cross section are also available along impeller perimeter. By means of the above grooves, the impeller is mounted on dielectric rolling elements so that they can rotate. Due to the achieved reduction of clearance limited by only stator and rotor surfaces state, magnetic resistance and currents needed for the required magnetic flow creation are decreased. Therefore, the required cross sections of winding wire are decreased, weight and dimensions are improved, cost is reduced and energy losses are reduced while efficiency factor is improved. The rotor distortions with regard to stator are also prevented while pumping unit operation reliability is improved. Production of rolling elements from dielectric material decreases the heating of the pumped liquid due to loss reduction in vortex flows and magnetic hysteresis in rolling elements.
EFFECT: improved unit weight and dimensions, reduction of cost, reduction of energy losses, improved efficiency factor.
