FIELD: electric engineering.

SUBSTANCE: design of drive mechanotronic module is proposed based on electric machine and power transistor transformer with current sensor installed into phase windings circuit in electric machine in the near vicinity of power transistor modules. Drivers are mounted onto control electrodes, and low frequency and high-frequency input filters are mounted on power transformer input terminals. Besides, electric machine and power transformer are cooled with liquid coolant due to parallel coolant flowing through two hollows. One of the hollows surrounds electric machine stator, whereas the other hollow is situated from the end and ensures heat removal by its external side from transistor modules of power transformer.

EFFECT: possibility to use any type of drive electric machine in proposed mechanotronic module, improvement of energy indicators in drive (power) mode of operation and reliability of proper power transformer.
