FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns multiple access communication system with orthogonal frequency channel separation (OFDMA). Channel coder forms transmitted information concerning upperlink quick feedback, and produce code combinations generated so that minimum Hamming distance between code combinations is maximised, according to information concerning upperlink quick feedback. Incoherent modulator executes orthogonal modulation of transmission characters corresponding to code combinations, and assigns orthogonally modulated transmission characters for subcarrier cluster. Fast Fourier transform unit (FFT) applies FFT to transmission signal having subcarrier cluster, and transforms transmission signal processed with FFT procedure.

EFFECT: development of method and device for upperlink quick feedback data transmission using incoherent modulation circuit.
