FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: carrot is cut and browned in vegetable oil, onion and parsley root are cut and green onion is frozen. Trepang meat is cut, the produced components are mixed without access of oxygen with tomato paste, acetic acid, sugar, table salt, sodium benzoate, cinnamon, cloves, black bitter pepper and bay leaf. The produced mix and fish broth are sealed, cooled and ripened.
EFFECT: characterised with higher digestibility compared to analogous culinary product.
