FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of canned food manufacturing. Recipe components are prepared, carrots, leek and celery root are cut and browned in vegetable oil, spring oniona are cut and frozen, trepangs fillet is cut. The above ingredients are mixed with tomato paste, acetic acid, sugar, salt, calcium acetate, sodium benzoate, cinnamon, clove, black pepper and laurel leaves without oxygen access. The obtained mixture and fish broth are packed, sealed, cooled and maturated.
EFFECT: manufacturing of new canned food having higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
