FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: advised ingredients are prepared by cutting, browning in melted butter. Onion is minced with a chopper and dry alycha is blanched and minced with the chopper, cilantro is frozen and minced with chopper, rice and chick-pea are cooked in boiling water up to twofold increase in weight then they are minced with the chopper, chicken meat is minced with the chopper, the above components are mixed with bone broth, table salt and CO2-extracts of biomasses Pythium, Saprolegnia or Mortierella, saffron and mint. The produced mix is packed into aluminium tubes, hermitised and sterilised.

EFFECT: allows to produce preserves for space nutrition of the new type which are characterised by higher digestibility compared to analogous culinary product.
