FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: recipe ingredients are prepared by onion cutting, browning in melted butter and mincing; dried cherry-plums blanching and mincing; coriander freezing and mincing; rice and split peas boiling to double-size volume and mincing and chicken mincing. The said ingredients are mixed up with bone broth, table salt and CO2 extracts of Pythium, Saprolegnia or Mortierella biomass, saffron and mint. Produced mixture is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
