SUBSTANCE: define volume of the forced exhalation for 1 second, systolic pressure in a pulmonary artery, thickness of a cupula of diaphragm, partial pressure of oxygen in peripheric blood, solve the equation of plural regress with use of these data Kae=2,23-0.01×A+0.03×B+0.06×C-0.02×D, where: Kae - effectiveness ratio acupunctures (standard units); A - volume of the forced exhalation for 1 second (% to due sizes); B - systolic pressure in a pulmonary artery (mm hg); C - thickness of a cupula of diaphragm (mm); D - partial pressure of oxygen in peripheric blood (mm hg) and at value of the received result Kae≤2.3 make a conclusion that application of reflexotherapy does not cause by-effects, at value 2.3<Kae≤2.6 the reflexotherapy renders a significant positive effect, but introduction of a small number of needles by a stimulating technique is preferable, at value 2.6<Kae do not prescribe sessions of an acupuncture.
EFFECT: allows to prognosticate with high degree of reliability degree of efficiency of reflexotherapy at treatment of patient CODL, and also to recommend its application, or to refrain from these procedures.
