SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to internal diseases, particularly to pulmonology, and can be used for diagnosing early signs of renal hemodynamics deficiency (RHD) in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) for the purpose of a differentiated approach to the selection of medical and preventive measures. End-systolic volume of the right ventricle (ESV RV) is determined by data of echodopplercardiography (EchoCG), a smoking index (SI), a left ventricular ejection fraction (EF LV), a level of urea (UR) and creatinine (CR) in blood and RHD index of renal hemodynamics deficiency is determined by regression equation solution. If RHD, numerical value of which is 73 points or more, diagnosing presence of signs of renal blood flow insufficiency, less than 73 points – absence of RHD.

EFFECT: method enables detecting renal blood flow deficiency in COPD patients for the timely prescription of a therapy which will promote the regression of the circulatory failure in the COPD patients and improve the disease prognosis.
