SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and may be applicable to surgical treatment of congenital obstruction of the duodenum in children. Cross Treitz ligament. Mobilize the lower horizontal part of the duodenum. Perform duodeno-duodenoanastomosis. At the end of the surgery, the horseshoe shape of the duodenum is restored by suspending the jejunum ligament to the legs of the Treitz ligament 3–4 cm to the left of the site of the initial attachment of the duodenum, suturing with a single suture the left leg of a Treitz ligament with a serous-muscular layer of the posterior wall of the jejunum along its antiplatelet edge, and the right leg with a similar suture with the anterior surface of the intestinal wall next to the first suture.
EFFECT: method ensures formation of the reservoir function of the duodenum.
