FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: dissect the skin and hypodermic fat over the hernial diverticulum. Allocate the hernial sac. Bare the sheath of rectus abdominis muscle. Make a longitudinal section of anterior walls of sheath of rectus abdominis muscle on all extent of hernial defect. Then carry out separation from abdominal rectus muscle of medial aponeurosis leaves. Stitch the medial aponeurosis leaves among them using noose sutures. Stack a mesh graft on them. Model anterior walls of sheath of rectus abdominis muscle. To do that fix a mesh graft to aponeurosis at the released posterior surface of sheath of rectus abdominis muscle. Stitch the free edges of the graft with noose sutures with lateral aponeurosis leaves.
EFFECT: allows to enlarge volume of an abdominal cavity and to reduce tension of tissues.
