FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: complete set consists of a prosthesis of a hip with a hinge (1) inserted without cement in a cavity of femur which proximal site consists of the basic body and acting of it both in dorsal, and in a ventral direction of a sphenoidal rib (12), and the instrument for formation of the cavity corresponding basically the form of the basic body. The mentioned rib (12) passes parallelly to an axis (11) of the hinge, in cross-section is enlarged in a direction from distal area to proximal and has a rough surface. The mentioned rib (12) on the average has width at least three times more than height, and the roughness on its dorsum (13) is executed with acute edges with roughness depth from 0.05 to 0.5 mm.

EFFECT: provides possibility to provide coupling between a surface of a prosthesis and an osteal tissue quickly and on the large area.
