SUBSTANCE: proposed solvent composition contains a) at least one alkyl ether of polyalkyleneglycol of the formula R₁O-(Alk-O)_n-R₂ (I) or 1,3-dimethyl-3,4,5,6-tetrahydro-2(1H)pyrimidinone or the mixture N-formylmorpholyne and N-acetylmorpholyne, and b) at least one alkanolamine compound of the formula R₃NHR₄OR₆ (II) or at least one compound of piperazine of the formula . R₁ represents an alkyl group which has 1 to 6 carbon atoms. R₂ represents hydrogen or alkyl group which has 1 to 4 carbon atoms. Alk represents an alkyl group branched or unbranched having from 2 to 4 carbon atoms and n equals from 1 to 10. R₃ represents hydrogen, alkyl group having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms or a R₄OH group, where R₄ represents a branched or unbranched alkyl group, which has from 1 to 6 carbon atoms. R₅ independent in each case represents hydrogen or a hydroxyalkyl group, which has from 1 to 4 carbon atoms. R₆ represents hydrogen, alkyl group having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms or hydroxyalkyl group having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms.
