FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: re-adjustable stamping device is composed of two fixed sides and two movable sides each of which has outer and inner surfaces. Note here that said inner surfaces are furnished with two upper recesses and two lower recesses with shape representing circular arc for holding end face flanges of stamping rollers. Note also that movable sides get connected to fixed sides and to appropriate actuator devices. Note also that, in the first operating position, movable sides approach the fixed sides, while matching upper and lower grooves interact to form two pairs of circular seats for roller flanges. In the second operating position, movable sides are kept at a distance from fixed sides to make every upper recess form two pairs of circular seats for roller flanges when every upper recess comes into interaction with matching semi-circular closing flange.
EFFECT: easy and fast re-adjustment of stamping device.
