FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mill for rolling axisymmetric parts of a gas turbine engine. Mill contains mechanisms for rolling rings of hubs, shafts and discs from billets with a central hole, mechanisms for rotating billets, electric furnaces for heating billets, a control panel and a cooling system for the mill components. To rotate the blanks, an electric motor with two shafts is used, one of which is kinematically connected with the mechanism of rotation of the blanks in the form of shafts and discs, and the other with the mechanism of rolling rings.
EFFECT: broader technological capabilities.
