FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: suggested communication device covers passenger reception site having voice call-reply system. This system is intended for identification of lift required for transporting said passenger to chosen destination and directions to that lift for said passenger; in preferable version of execution it is sound dome located at some distance from lift and installed on passenger reception site. According to suggested method of communication, voice call-reply system, located remotely from lift system and placed stationary on passenger reception site, is used to receive voice command from passenger on chosen point of destination. Command on chosen point of destination is transmitted to controller. Via controller carrier to be used by passenger is chosen. After that passenger is directed to the chosen carrier.
EFFECT: delivery of passenger to chosen location without necessity of pushing any buttons, optimal use of group of carriers.
