SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for setting priority in distribution of consumed power between elevator system and building system after primary power source failure in operation from secondary power supply. In operation from secondary power supply 30, power expected to be supplied be secondary power supply 30 is defined. Need in servicing of passengers by every elevator 14 of elevator system 10 is defined. Priority in power distribution supplied by secondary power supply 30 to elevator system 10 and building system 18 proceeding from definite power to be supplied by secondary source and the need in servicing of passengers by elevator system 10. Power is fed to elevator system 10 and building system 18 proceeding from defined priorities.
EFFECT: efficient power supply at power supply system failure.
