FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to elevators. Proposed method comprises defining leading cabin brake path and normal path of the next cabin. Then, difference between normal and shortest brake paths is adjusted relative to threshold distance. In adjustment, distance between leading and next cabins is kept equal to, at least, separation distance. In delay of the next cabin start, planned motion time 0≤T≤Tt, location θt and next cabin normal braking path πnst, planned motion time 0≤T≤T1, location θ1 and shortest braking path πssl are defined. Conditions |θl (T+Trun)+Kssl(T+Trun))-(θt(T)+ πnst(T)|≥dthresh are verified where 0≤T≤min {Tt, Tl-Trun}, where Trun is actual motion time of leading cabin, dthresh is threshold distance while 0≤Trun≤Tl. Elevator system comprises well, leading and next cabins and controller to implement proposed method.
EFFECT: higher safety and quality.
