FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention can be used in the production of calcium peroxide, used for obtaining bleaches and disinfectants and for treatment of sewage water and gas emissions. Method of obtaining includes the interaction of production wastes of soda ash, which include 82.13-142.07 g/l CaCl2, 45.26-68 g/l NaCl, 0.407-1.78 g/l Ca(OH)2, 0.46-0.624 g/l CaCO3, 0.784-1.21 g/l Na2SO4, with a pH 10.5-12 with ammonium hydroxide solution and an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide is used cooled to a temperature in the interval -9 to 0°C, and the reaction is carried out for 1-2 minutes.
EFFECT: utilisation of production wastes of soda ash, increasing the purity of calcium peroxide obtained, volume reduction of the initial solution of ammonia and hydrogen peroxide.
