SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises built-up casing with thrust ledge and bearing surface for oval-section circular elastic-damping element enveloping the core. In compliance with the fist version, the casing surface generating line is, at least on one its parts, curvilinear. In compliance with the second version, the aforesaid core has a thrust core mating the core thrust surface to form a chamber of the elastic-damping element deformation.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of elastic-damping device.
