FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: hydrocortisone acetate is injected intravenously in dose 0.125 mg per 100 g animal weight. In 72 hours catheterization of jugular vein follows with intracardiac injection of 1.0 ml of mixed cultures E.coli 107 and Ps. Aeruginosa 107, taken in ratio 1:1, and polyethylene string with distal end inserted to right ventricle of heart. Then catheter is pulled out with fixation of proximal end of string.
EFFECT: adequate reproducibility of model.
