FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: skin is incised, and wound edges are anchored to subjacent tissues. Each wound angle is underrun additionally with a separate diagonal suture. A formed scab and necrotising tissues are excised within healthy tissues. Then the wound is treated with an antiseptic and washed with physiologic saline. Thereafter, the treated wound surface is coated with a semipermeable membrane under the angular diagonal sutures to introduce a bacterial suspension containing 0.5 ml E.coli 109 and 0.5 ml Ps.aeraginosa 109.

EFFECT: method provides a model of the infected skin wound with preset bacterial population with its characteristics as much as possible approached to an actual clinical course of the wound process.
