SUBSTANCE: device for reading of signal charge from matrix CID-photodetector that has n×m elements organised into n lines and m columns, contains n×m input contacts, selection keys, n first keys, multi-phase pulse generator, the first and second shift registers, counter of lines, column busbars, key of charge fill, amplifier arranged on the basis of instrument with charge connection, which has key of charge drain, amplifier, the second keys, counter of line elements and analog-digital converter, the third key, RS-trigger, the first and second decoders of line counter, summator, digital subtracting unit, divider and unit of RAM. Technical result is achieved by subtraction of portion provided by ghost image from output signal. Device may be used in realisation of photodetecting devices of different spectral ranges.

EFFECT: improvement of threshold characteristics of matrix CID-photodetector.
