SUBSTANCE: in method for reading of signal charge from matrix CID-photodetector, having nxm elements arranged in n lines and m columns, consisting in reception of signals array from elements, frame, during frame time T, equal to period of frame frequency, besides signal charge of each element of j line is injected through its open retrieval key, column bus, inlet diffusion area for lock of storage of charge amplifier arranged on the basis of instrument with charge link. Preliminary cycle of CID-element lock potential and column bus potential attachment is carried out, when charge filling and charge draining are applied through inlet diffusion area, area under inlet lock, storage lock and outlet diffusion area of charge amplifier draining, arranged on the basis of instrument with charge link, and accumulation time, tA, equal to a share of T, is controlled through injection of "overload" charge accumulated for the time T-tA by elements of i line, through its open keys during time of charge draining. For each line, on completion of preliminary cycle of element lock potential and column bus potential attachment, additionally a cycle of element lock potential and column bus potential attachment is carried out and completed prior to injection of signal charge.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve quality of image, frames produced in accumulation time, which is less than frame time, by removal of false circuit.
