SUBSTANCE: device for reading signal charge from a matrix CID photodetector having n lines and m columns has n×m input contacts, selection switches, first, second, third switches, a multiphase pulse generator, first, second and third OR units, a column bus, first, second and third shift registers, line and column counters, first and second decoders, CCD amplifier, switches for filling and draining charge, first and second pulse delay units and a capacitor C. The technical result of the invention is improved quality of images and frames obtained at the output of the device with accumulation time shorter than frame time owing to elimination of the false edge.

EFFECT: device enables significant suppression of the false edge during operation with accumulation time shorter than frame time and improvement of image quality.
