SUBSTANCE: invention concerns integral microelectronics and can be applied in photoelectric detection devices for various spectre bands. Method for signal charge reading from matrix charge injection device of photoelectric detection with n x m elements arranged in n lines and m columns involves obtaining signal array from elements, and frame obtained in the moment when signal charge of each element is injected through its own open sample key and column bus to input diffusion area of charge amplifier based on charge coupling device. Preliminary cycle of element gate potential and column bus potential association is performed with charge loading and unloading to input diffusion area and area under the input charge amplifier gate. For each frame additional cycle of column bus potential and closed sample key association, and reading of charge obtained by additional association of column bus potential to closed sample key are performed, and obtained values common for all frame lines are distracted from charge values obtained with open sample key.

EFFECT: reduced noise level at frequencies under frame frequency during signal reading from matrix CID photoelectric detector.
