SUBSTANCE: proposal is given of a method and system of controlling telephone communication, which allows for users with insufficient credit of airtime to make calls. The network keeps track of call attempts made by a user with insufficient credit or airtime for the call. After detecting such a call attempt, the called user is sent a request to make a call, containing information about the call attempt. The information can be a notice with an incoming call if the user is connected, or an SMS message or voice message, if the user is unreachable. After that the called user can contact the caller if he/she so wishes.
