SUBSTANCE: in method to reduce number of unwanted connections in a mobile communication network, characterised by registration of numbers of subscribers unwanted for a conversation via a cellular operator network, with their subsequent storage in the data base of the cellular operator, and verification with them in case of outgoing calls from one subscriber to another one, the subscriber creates a list of numbers, after registration of which via the network of the cellular operator, each subscriber from the list is notified about the fact that its outgoing calls to a number of a subscriber who included him or her into the list, will be rated according to a special higher rate, which is made higher than the rate of regular outgoing calls to other numbers of a similar area and operator, besides, some funds from payment for outgoing calls according to a higher rate are transferred to the account of the subscriber, who made the list.
