SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of telephone communication control. Method of controlling connections in a mobile communication network comprises steps of: providing access to said mobile communication network to a caller who does not have sufficient funds on the account; receiving, from the calling subscriber, the initiated call to the called subscriber; interrupting the call initiated by the calling subscriber, after disconnection, initiating a separate call to the called subscriber; receiving incoming call signal from called subscriber; interrupting said separate call; initiated by calling subscriber call is interrupted due to disconnection, independently performed by caller, and after the incoming call signal is delivered to the called party, the calling subscriber is notified about availability of the called subscriber.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of telephone communication control reliability in case of using it by a person who does not have sufficient funds on account for outgoing calls and its information.
