FIELD: food processing.
SUBSTANCE: potatoes, onions and paprika are cut, parboiled and chopped with grinding machine. Carrots are parboiled and chopped with grinding machine, dill and cilantro are frozen and grinded. Mutton and horse meat are cut and chopped with grinding machine. Peas are boiled till the mass is doubled and smashed with grinding machine, the above-mentioned components are mixed with meat and bone broth, salt and CO2-extracts from biomass of the certain type of micromycete, basilica, coriander and laurel leaf. The mixture is packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility comparing with similar dish.
