FIELD: technology of food products making.
SUBSTANCE: method of preserved food production includes preparation of recipe components, cutting, blanching and mincer grinding of potatoes and onions, blanching and mincer grinding of carrots, freezing and mincer grinding of sorrel, green onions and dill, mutton cutting and mincer grinding, mixing of specified components with bone broth, table salt and CO2-extracts of biomass of preset type of micromycete, basil and red hot pepper, packing of prepared mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preserved food for space meals has higher assimilability.
