FIELD: food processing.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises cutting and parboiling of cucumbers. Horse-radish is parboiled and grated, twist of lemon peal is parboiled and grated. Lettuce, spring onions and dill are cut and frozen, spinach and sorrel are frozen and chopped. Sea scallop meat and crawfish meat are chopped. The above-mentioned components are mixed with sugar, salt and calcium ascorbate avoiding access of oxygen. Kvass is boiled. The mixture and kvass with the certain ratio of the components are packed. Sealing and sterilisation are carried out.
EFFECT: product of enhanced digestibility.
