SUBSTANCE: method comprises cutting, parboiling and chopping with grinding machine of potatoes and onions, freezing and grinding of cilantro, cutting and chopping of mutton with grinding machine, boiling of lentil till the mass is doubled and smashing with grinding machine, mixing of the above-mentioned components with meat and bone broth, tomato paste, salt and CO2-extracts of green tea, chilly pepper and laurel leaf, packing of the mixture into aluminum tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
