FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: lamb meat is cut, roasted and minced. Garlic, carrots and olives are cut, browned in melted butter and minced. Beans are boiled to 150% weight, fried in melted butter and minced. Potatoes are cut, blanched and minced. Dill is frozen and minced. A mincing machine is used for mincing. Said components are mixed with bone broth, tomato paste, salt and CO2 extract of red chili pepper. Resulting mix is packed into aluminium tubes, pressurised and sterilised.
EFFECT: expanded choice of technical means and dishes for production of improved digestibility preserves up to 5,4·104.
