FIELD: medicine; urology.
SUBSTANCE: bladder autoplasty with a piece of intestine with connection of the ureters ends. After excision of the affected bladder a piece of sigmoid intestine is resected with preservation of its mesentery. The ends of the intestine piece are taken in. Ureterosigmostoms are applied. The lower part of intestine piece is attached to the pelvis diaphragm. From both ileal muscles U-shaped pieces on legs are cut subfascially. The upper ends of flaps are brought down and sigmoid bladder is surrounded with them. One flap is stacked in front. Other flap is put behind. The flaps are sutured. The flaps are sutured with each other and from above, forming the muscular wall covering a bladder.
EFFECT: new bladder from the sigmoid intestine of sufficient capacity and durability, muscular case strengthens wall of the bladder and promotes improvement of bladder function.
