FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing oval skin islet along the submammary fold in the projection of the musculus pectoralis major. Then, cutanomuscular fragment is produced and feeding pedicle is selected by transecting the musculus pectoralis major on the lines passing in parallel to the breast bone along the medial and lateral edges of the cut out skin islet in retaining clavicular portion of the musculus pectoralis major. Tunnel between the clavicle and the clavicular portion of the musculus pectoralis major is created and the cutanomuscular fragment on the feeding pedicle is brought through it. Tunnel is built under neck skin to transfer the cutanomuscular fragment on the feeding pedicle through it to the defect position. Donor wound is sutured.
