FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: mammary gland is extracted by single block with tissue of subclavian, subscapular and axillary regions and small pectoral muscle. Free cross-section fasciocutaneous flap is turned from abdominal wall with low epigastric vessel islet, shifted to chest wound and fixed with internal interrupted suture. Revasculation of free flap is carried out by application of microvascular anastomosis between low epigastric artery and vein, and artery and a vein rounding scapula, thus thoracodorsal artery is tied up below origin of artery rounding scapula.
EFFECT: method provides increased blood flow in flap after revasculation; more complete engraftment and improvement of operation cosmetic effect.
